Hello and welcome!

My name is Candice Berry Schultz

SEE: Perspective Poetry* was created at a rough time for everyone. Each experiencing our own struggles, we were all trying to adapt to change and deal with personal and social turmoil.

I started writing poems about special people in my life and randomly calling people throughout the day to read poems to them. This unexpectedly brought me joy and connection at a time of limited physical interaction. It became an avenue for me not only to share myself but also to invite others onto a journey with me. My goal is for us to encourage and support one another, to discover and be our best selves.

Thank you for opening this book and seeking me out. I hope as you read, you will ponder, enjoy, and SEE where it will lead you.
